What does "Luck" do exactly?

Hey Mika,

There are rare items/blocks in PickCrafter and Luck basically makes it you get these items more often whenever you are mining them in certain biomes. For example, The Moon biome has a item called Cheese. It's a rare item. Fortune is like you said, it drops more of it's item/block.
