Ender Chest Pickaxe only half working.

I am not sure why, but the ender chest pickaxe doesn't give ender chests properly.

At the very least, it doesn't count as using the ender chest charges, but it's weird that just...nothing happens. And I know that the pickaxe power can award nothing, but it's not saying "Nothing..." like it has before hand.

couldn't get the third chest in like 15 attempts, pretty sure it's bugged. did say nothing though

Oh, I just got it to work multiple times. Got Yogg's Tentacle from the first chest, woo.

Apparently, you need to use the Ender Chest Pickaxe in The End. I am not sure why the getting of these chests is tied to a biome when you can get the pearls whenever. And the description AND both wikis say nothing about this either.
