Achievements broken

Hi, most steam achievements appear to have been broken since this game released.

Certified Alpha Pilot - Beat Stage 10
Clutch - Beat a course with 1 second remaining on the clock
Just Warming Up - Fail a course over 10 times in one playthrough
Advanced Techniques - Slice through one enemy with the blade

None of these achievements unlocked upon completing the required task.

it would mean a lot if these broken achievements could be deleted, thanks
