Loading Issue
Anyone else having problems loading the game? I press launch and I see the logos but then there's just a black screen with three little dots constantly appearing in the bottom corner. Sat for at least 10 minutes straight and nothing, do I have to wait it out or is this a problem other people are experiencing too?

Hi Angelwolfchild, people have mentioned this in the bug reporting thread, and there's a potential fix on the way. Please can you do two things for me? First, it'd be really useful if you could tell me your system specs.

Secondly, because this is a rare issue that I can't reproduce, I'm looking for people who already have the bug to privately test a beta patch. (The patch will release soon after I've confirmed that it fixes the problem.) If you can do try out the beta for me, it'd be really helpful. Just let me know... :)

Thanks for responding so quickly. For my specs, I'm on Windows 8 64-bit with an Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3540 @ 2.16GHz processor and 4GB RAM. Lookin at it now I can see that it's lower than the minimum recommended requirements (although I have played larger games than this despite not having the minimum recommended requirements). It's quite possible that's what's causing it, if so guess Bon Bon will just have to wait until I can afford a new laptop.

And yeah I'd love to help by trying the patch, especially if it can help you sort out a bug.

I'm running a Dell XPS laptop with a 2.5GHz i5 processor and 8 gigs of ram. I'm getting the same experience as angelwolfchild.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm guessing that the graphics chipset in your laptop doesn't meet the min requirements either, I'm afraid.

I'm having the loading issue. My specs are:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
RAM: 8GB
Graphics: GeForce GTX 960M

That's strange as it sounds like your computer should be able to handle it.

Please can you let me know
1) What version of windows are you runnning?
2) Have you had any problems with other Unreal Engine games?
3) How long did you wait?
4) Did you give it a second try?

I had white screen after pressing start. [after menu] For the record, other 299 games I have installed, guess what, They WORK!!!

second try, black screen, 3 dots, game doesnt even go to menu

Hi Tenser, thanks for letting me know about this. This problem is really hard to replicate and seems to hit people at random, so it would be really useful if you could let me know your system specs.

Also, if you'd be willing to try out a potential fix, let me know that too.
