Cannot get game to run on Windows 10 PC?

I can't get this game to run properly on my Windows 10 PC. I can get the game to load and begin running, but my car is stuck in the first race and I cannot get it to go forward by pressing the UP arrow key.

It isn't because of Windows 10 (got it and it's works). It's launching an emulator so you can try to launch your game as administator.

rename the exe file in the steam folder from megarace 2 file to launcher.exe

I had the same problem (car won't move). The keyboard isn't used as default, only mouse!? Go to the settings and activate the keyboard as control input.

Go to the game folder and run directly by megarace 2.exe
