[Spoiler] Found an odd post game glitch in the Switch version

Was not sure of a bettey place to let the devs know about this glitch, I have not played the PC version so not sure if the same thing happens on there.

This happens if you cut out your mothers heart then get the good ending where Luzia wakes up in the hospital
