Bug: progress "reset" when revisiting the sewer (?)

I'm not sure if "revisiting the sewer" is the actual trigger for this issue.

However, I noticed that Simeon, whom I had previously freed from the dead corpse of Mrs. Richardson, was trapped inside her again. Another area that I already visited before and that was reset is around the water tower, where I had already opened the gate, which was closed again. Also blocks that I had already destroyed with a bomb were back again.

Edit: And the blown up hiding place of the Sugar Blasterz was as good as new when I came back.
