Kinda is tho. That was the point of my initial comment:

Those two things aren’t really connected

Something I feel like I need to point out- The vents are shown to circle the main building, meaning they would have to be on at least a different level to the main area, and since the vents are made to be impossible to escape from them being underground would make more sense than a second floor


But there is another thing thing I want to point out

The fnaf 6 labyrinth was designed to keep everything stuck in it there. William wouldn't be able to just get to the main area to be found, meaning whoever retreaved the circuit boards went into the labyrinth to do so

In addition, Scraptrap isn't even in fnaf VR(even if the curcuit boards weren't the Scraptrap suits, that just means whoever salaged them knew whos they were), so why would those circut boards even be used. And why would Fazbear Entertainment not just say to send the circuit boards back after scanning them instead of stealing them


I could be wrong, but to me it looks like someones working behind the scenes, and it's not William or Vanny
