How do you get the "Trapped" Ending on PC? Please Help!

You have to find all the tapes and coins and beat the pizza party minigame. Once that is done go into the tape room (can be accessed by knocking over tape player in prize counter in blacklight mode) and listen to the last tape. Usually after that when you come back to the main hub Glitchtrap will try to merge with you. During the merger you have to press the buttons in front of the monitor, flip the switch on the battery to the red side then press the button on the left side of the monitor. If you do it correctly it should give you the locked away ending. If you miss it there is a chance he will attempt to merge after exiting a minigame.
