Can't unlock all gallery characters?

I have the gallery unlocked, but the Curse of Dreadbear characters (Dreadbear, nightmare animatronics, jack-o animatronics) aren't unlocking. I'm able to view the withered guys as well as the main 25 images, but not the last 10 characters on the left screen.

I've already completed Curse of Dreadbear, completing all levels. Do I have to get 100% on Build A Mangle or something?

I think it's just a straight up bug, not sure though it's been a good while

Damn that's a shame I really wanted to view the FNAF 4 animatronics
