Pizza Party is not unlocking
I recently decided to finally try and beat Help Wanted and sped through a lot of the levels. I went to go finish the game but Pizza Party wasn't unlocked. I have beaten all the levels both nightmare and normal but it isn't letting me play. I have seen stuff talking about how on the psvr (I bought mine off the oculus store) there is a bug if you own the Dreadbear DLC that wont let you beat the game. I do own the DLC but I haven't finished all the levels in the DLC and don't really want too. I don't think that's the issue though since I think it only affects psvr and considering the bug has been out since Halloween and although I can't find anything saying it's been patched I assume they would have patched it by now. The only things I cant think of that might not be unlocking it are that at the very end of night 5 in FNAF 2 I got killed by Toy Freddy but that was after it had hit 6 am and although it took me to the game over screen it still unlocked the Withered Night. The other one is that I haven't beaten the withered night but everything i've seen about it says that it's an optional level and not required to unlock pizza party.

I haven't been able to play for over a year, so I'm probably wrong. Don't you have to get all tapes first?

No. But even if you did I have all the tapes except the one in pizza party and the one in the gallery which I need to beat pizza party to unlock.

i know ima few days late, but the issue could be that you missed one of the last levels in a section, try replaying all of the final levels of each set (night 5 of fnaf 1 2 3, funtime foxy blacklight, etc) and see if it unlocks
