Help With "Christmas Decorations"

I was wondering how you turn off all of the Christmas trees and lights. It's been about a week since I last played but it was still deep into January, and the Christmas decorations were still up. I was wondering if there was a way to disable them, even if it means downgrading to a version where they didn't exist. Also something weird for me is the tape player isn't next to the level select monitor and level to go into the dark world doesn't "move" it just flicks instantly. Any help on these matters would be greatly appreciated. If it turns out that I check the game today and they already removed them, I'll delete the post.

As of now, there isn't a way to disable them asides from downgrading. And even then, I'm not entirely sure how to do that. You'll have to wait until Steel Wool does another update. As for that other problem, idk what to do there.
