A very unlikely theory on why there's only 2 Vent Repair levels

Ever since I found out that Mangle and Ennard are the only 2 levels, I've been thinking real hard on why that might be. I was talking to a friend about the Vent Repair levels earlier tonight, and that conversation eventually went to a point where we talked about what happened with Ennard at the end. Then it hit me. I know this ain't the likely case, but what if Scott/Steel Wool is hiding a Vent Repair with Springtrap from everyone until the release? The fact Scott chose not to answer the question of why Peanuttrap looks so different from Springtrap in his interview with Dawko back in August last year and now Vent Repair with Ennard's ending explaining Molten Freddy's origin story either has to be a BIG coincidence or there's something more here, something Scott/Steel Wool has hidden from us for now.

As for the other level that can fill in the fourth spot, I can easily see a Marionette level happening if I happen to be right.

TL;DR my Springtrap senses are tingling. It's telling me they're hiding something.
