How to beat FNAF 3 night 5?

I've beaten all but night 5 on FNAF 3 and no matter what i do. I die way to quickly. night 1-4 was a breeze but i seem to be unable to beat night 5. as soon as ventilation went down and i get it back up hes at my door or crawling down the vent towards me.

Also i cant be quick enough to avoid the BB and Mangle jumpscare (sometimes i get jumpscared by them even though they are not on camera).

Is there a strategy that i am missing or something?

Make sure to always reboot all from 12 to around 2. There isn’t a penalty to this because you can do other things while systems are rebooting. Also, always close the vent in the room that Springtrap is in. There have been cases where he comes straight to cam 1. If this happens, spam sound in cam 2 to draw him away

While snail boi's method might work there's a really really really easy way that's less complex. At the start of the night close the vent on cam 14 to your right. By then he would have already almost gotten to your office through the normal route (not in the vents). So just try to lure him to cam 10 and keep him there. Whenever he disappears just press the button again. And don't worry about him getting in the vents. He'll go in for a second, realise they're shut and pop back out to cam 10. Then just avoid looking at P.BB or F.Foxy and whenever the cam stops working press the audio button at cam 10 to keep him there while you restart the cams. With the length of the text it may come off as confusing but if you try it in game it should be a breeze. I beat it on my 3rd try with this method.

While that was my strategy for night 2-4. Before Patch 2. All the animatronics where way to aggressive for that strategy to work (so i post this form). Now with Patch 2. BB & Mangle are very forgiving and gives me time to switch cameras before they attack right when they appear.

So now i can beat night 5. Thank you
