DISCLAIMER: I do not know if using this trick has any difficult to identify repercussions like making the Plushies more aggressive, however, in my experience, it does not seem to be any different.
-A ball drops from the left rack and rolls right (PlushBaby near where ball came from)
-A noise as if one were crawling through a vent is heard (PlushBaby always on left rack top shelf, nearly directly above you)
There are also more difficult to identify cues, for instance:
-The stool at the far end of the room is knocked (PlushBaby walking along counter, on left shelf, or on shelf directly across from the player)
-Hasty crawling noises different from the vent sound (PlushBaby running towards you while inside the cupboard on the left, sweep light across to stop the advance)
Hope this helps!
