Once he at the door. Close it and just shine the light on his tentacles that comes out from the closet, bed, and roof. Once your flashlight flickered and goes dim for a bit then go back to normal.
Than means that he had left and going to the other side.
Also you don't need to shine your light down the hall since his eye glow and once he is at the door. DON'T shine your light on him.
well i can't shine my light my vision goes black
well i can't shine my light my vision goes black
If your vision goes black then that mean you may be clipping inside an object (game way of saying "hey your inside a solid object go back."). In this case it could be the door. As the game would set where ever you are in the real world as the center every time you teleport. So try standing in one spot and lean towards the door handle when you want to close it and lean back into original position while you close the door. (Or if your play area is big enough pull and walk away from the door to close it to avoid clipping inside the door)
The night terror levels are very easy on clippings inside doors.
still i walked far away from the door and my vision still went black
