Clear save + Get save back via backup

I have a 30/30 coin and 16/16 tapes, and a full prize counter, yet i havent got the plushtrap prize jumpscare yet and its the only achivement im missing, i was wondering if i could somehow reset my game to get the trophy and then get my 30/30 16/16 save back?
