Report a translation problem
What I did is similar to Matpat, 4 steps forwards, 1 second pause, flash. Constantly. Any missed rhythm can get you killed towards the end. Remember the flashes don't slow them, it only shows them (which is why the amount of flashes doesn't change much apart from if you do lots then they'll insta kill after 3).
Hope this helps. FF/Lolbit was definitely the most horror I've felt in the game but after a few goes I've mastered it.
