Make a new level?

I already have my first level half completed, but I want to make a new small level inside that level linked by a door.

When I go to create it always loads up the first level and I cannot see anywhere to go to make a new level...

Sorry for the noob question but I can't find this anywhere...

Very late reply, although not quite a year old..
You can either create a totally new level the same way you made your current one and link them together using the game linker thing.. sorry been a while.
Or you can create a new region and link to it using a teleport
