I loved Majesty. It served as my favourite game out of a collection of 4 I randomly bought... but I can't really find anything else that scratches the exact same itch.

First level of Beginner compain, scions of whatever, I get raided on day 2 by lvl 35 sister oblivia, is this game actually playable????

This is only my opinion feel free to disagree. Note for this list i'm heavily considering how the heroes do against monsters, other heroes, how much they cost, how much is the upkeep (sovereign spells), how often do they die, and what does the hero bring

Avoding at all costs basically means what kind of enemy factions should you never bother recruiting wizards for since it will just be a money sink and you will be broke from them all dying? Some things that come to mind are vampires. But that one map where Minotaurs swarm you I was shocked at how easily wizards destroyed them. I guess because Minotaurs had no range attack and they moved slower than most enemies a Wizard has an easier time not getting swarmed....

Honestly, there are only a couple of scenarios where I go the Dauros/Agrela route. Friendly skeletons are just so nice to have for sewer management/rando monster spawns, and Cultists are nice to have around if there are lots of animals to charm. Also, anyone else notice the NICE damage Priestesses deal against dragons?? I DID do Dauros/Agrela for the Styx and Stones quest though, I will give them that. Also: Does ANYONE willingly just choose Krolm as your temple? and WHY?!...
