Error Code 0x800F0805

I keep getting the error code 0x800F0805 when I try to play Majesty HD and Majesty Gold on Steam. I saw another discussion thread that mentioned this problem but I could find no real solution. I'm on Windows 10 version 1607. Does anyone know how to fix this error so I can play the game?

Having problems, none of the solutions aren't working. I'm finding other errors pop up such as 0x8024a10a. I'm checking out the solutions for that but I just keep running into problems. Has anyone else encountered these issues?

reinstall? verify cache? check for windows updates?

Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work, the cache seems to be fine, I'll try and update windows which is likely the problem.

I have finally fixed the error and am now playing the game. To recap and to help anyone in a similar situation I was using an old version of windows 10, 1607 that wasn't recieving updates. After a long call with microsoft and checking my motherboard version they manually reinstalled windows to version 1909 and I am now able to play. Correct version is important with windows to play this game, that's the whole deal. Kudos to ghyujkilop24 for helping me in my troubles, I truly appreciate your help my friend.
