Is this game worth buying ?

Hi, I want to buy Supreme Ruler Cold War but I have two questions : First, is it better to buy Supreme Ruler Ultimate instead ? Second, Is BattleGoat still update Cold War regularly or not?

Development of SR Cold War ended in 2014. SR Ultimate contains an updated Cold War map based on what was developed for this game.
