How is this game different from Rise of Industry?

The graphics are different and RoI is finished, but other than that, how is Voxel Tycoon different?

I liked RoI a lot, so if this game is similar, and it seems to be, that's a good thing. But I moved on, at least for now, from RoI to other games.

If VT so much like RoI that it doesn't scratch a different itch, that's not such a good thing. I was watching Colonel Failure's recent series, and so far this looks exactly like RoI except for the style of graphics.

If anyone has played both games at length, I'd really like to know how/if they differ.

Voxel Tycoon is in between transport tycoon and factorio. The part where you have to produce and transport the products to the points of sale is similar to RoI, but in the management of the transport of the products in Voxel Tycoon I think it is deeper. I have played both games and although I really like RoI, I prefer the Voxel Tycoon play style.
