I red the guide in-game, but the folder "GovSim" where exactly I must put it?

How to install scenarios

Most scenarios will come in a .json file or a text file. We'll start with the text file and work into the .json file.

1. Download and install Notepad++ or a similar text editing software.
   
2. Go to your C drive (typically your main hard drive) and create a folder called "GovSim".
   
3. Inside your "GovSim" folder you want to create a new text document and open it in Notepad++ or your respective text editing software.
   
4. Copy and paste the scenario text into the text document.
   
5. Still in Notepad++, you want to go to File, Save as. Name the file but change the file type to a .json file.
   
6. Make sure you save the .json in your "GovSim" folder.
   
7. Open Government Simulator, hit new game and go to Downloadable scenarios created by users.
   
8. Find your new scenario and hit play.
   
9. Enjoy the scenario.
