Have you tried contacting Ageod for support on the problem? Their team are very good at getting players up and running. You can contact support@ageod.co.uk or via their forums at www.ageod.com.
We have no way to issues refunds on any game as we never even get to see how has purchased and even if we did we wouldn't be able to do them on a game sold to you buy someone else for obvious reasons. Steam support may be able to help you?
