Edit: There is a mod called "The Grand Campaign" which goes from 1914 to 1991. Very well done, but unfortunately not always historically accurate, as many events take countries in a different direction over the course of the game.
Besides The Grand Campaign, there is also Peace Without Victory. Abandoned, but you can still find it (last version was released in 2020). Another good mod.
But you know that there are also other Options? You don't need to force the WW1 end if you don't want to. Just as from 1930? you are asked whether you want to have a "Great War" from 1933, 1936, 1939 onwards. Depending on what I have in mind, I use the option or tell the game that it can do what it wants. It's been the most fun game so far, especially because historical events trigger and mix things up again.
