Communist Germany Questions
So if i chose to become communist germany, does that mean that im going to have the same events as nazi germany, and if i chose communist germany, then i would not receive the benefits of nazi germany, or am i just over thinking it

Yeah, im in that playthrough right now, its really underpowered, but a good learning expierance

I just did communist Germany and had the soviet union destroy france and spain with me. I'm swimming in IC now and producing a super army to take Italy and Africa, while soviet troops are helping communist turkey, sweden, finland, poland, hungary, romania and mongolia invade israel

I really don't recommend playing as Communist Germany in the base game. There's few events and decisions, and you lose most of your good research teams. If you want to play as the GDR, use this mod: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/communist-germany-mod.613550/ You'll need an account of the Paradox forums, but this greatly expands on Communist germany and also allows going Democratic Germany.

I played Communist Germany, and I have TONS of land without help... idk how the country its self is going to war right off the bat, but how I actually did it is just wait years. After sometime all guaranties of independance dissapear, so I blitzkrieged Poland without resistance, no war. Took good amount of Spain with their Civil War. Took some countries in the Balkans. More stuff... Got boring though. Didn't try to challenge France, idk why. Too late as I deleted the save :/

Intersting, so jus wait for the gaurantees to expire and then attack, and hten your become super germany
