pearl harbor.
how can i avtivate the pearl harbor event with japan?

The event should show up in the event tab, and if it's greyed out, then there are probably some prerequisites you are missing. You should be able to hover over the event and see the prerequisites. I don't remember them excatly, but you need to be embargoed I think, a certain timedate must have passed and I think you need to have a fleet based in a certain sea province.

i am now embargoed.
pearl harbor have been in 1941.
en do you remeber wich province that whase :?
