Good news: after several months of radio silence, PvW modder; Ericafaq, returned to the modding world and will release new versions of PvW and Thunder in the Sky mods later this year.

For beginners: PvW and Thunder were one of the best Darkest Hour mods.

- PvW was focused on Interwar and WW2 period (~1918-1945) and included several optional alt history scenarios (like what if Soviets defeated Poland in 1920 and turned it into a Soviet Republic or Greece defeated Turkey in 1922 etc.) as well as immersive events for historical Interwar period if you want to jump to historical WW2.

- Thunder in the Sky presented alt history post WW2 world with victorious Großdeutschland and other interesting changes.

You can still find links to both mods but I recommend to just wait for overhauled versions of this mods in late 2023.
