Tutorial or guide somewhere?

As the title, I learn best from others and seeing their games. Don't send me the manual, that won't help me too much.

The easiest way is to watch 5-10 min of a gameplay from, let's say, youtube.
Have you played other Paradox-strategies?

Yeah I've played, hearts of iron 4, crusader kings. A little of but not much of Hearts of iron 3. See I know how to use infantry units and set my production, use tech, decisions more or less. I normally just play as Romania or a smaller power. Finally want to play as Germany but I don't understand air units, naval units or how to naval invade properly.
