For all the following, using the command once activates the cheat, and using it a second time deactivates it.
Nofog - removes the fog of war - useful for utility if you're wondering what the hell is happening between AI Germany and AI Russia as one of the WAllies. Also useful if you wanna get accurate tallies of units for all world powers (including enemies) for comparison. Or when you want an accurate tally on just how many divisions the Japanese AI has piled up on that one Fricking Worthless Piece of Rock in the Pacific.
Freedom - lets you move your political sliders freely. (If you absolutely must play Market Liberal Russia in 1939, or Leninist Germany in 1914, or what have you.)
Acceptall makes the AI accept any and diplomatic deals and proposals. I don't recall if it affects espionage odds as well. Mind you - IIRC, it makes the odds of success of all diplomatic (and possibly espionage) actions directed at the AI to 100%, not just player demands towards the AI. It is recommended to turn it on only specifically when you need to do a specific diplomatic action. (It is ocassionally very useful for helping clean up post war bordergore).
Alienattack (or aliensattack or something like that) followed by a province id (there's another code for making the game display province ID's) summons an alien invasion force that spawns with a bunch of infantry divisions and an airbase (and if the province has a harbor a naval base) then rapidly starts funneling in teched up armor, strategic bombers, interceptors, aircraft carriers etc etc, the Aliens are automatically at war with the owner of the province they appear in, and have access to nuclear weapons. Figured I'd mention that given your stated desire.
There's also cheats to give a specified amount of any and all of the resources (except maybe manpower, I forget), but for that kind of thing cheat events are usually better. This includes nukes (though you still need delivery methods).
You can also manually trigger events if you know their event ID, though a lot of them won't fire even when manually triggered unless their conditions are met (though, some of the random events that give you dissent reductions, blueprints and research speed etc could potentially be triggered repeatedly to give boosts).
For cheating 102, you can write your own events and include them in the game - it's a bit of an advanced option which I won't cover here (since I haven't done it since HOI2 Doomsday and I'm not sure if they've changed anything about what it takes to make new events that work in Darkest Hour) - offmap IC and resources, ludicrous IC efficiency, production time and research speed bonuses could all potentially all be granted in this manner.
These are the ones I know.
nofog- removes fog of war, nice for looking at statistics
dissent-raises dissent
freedom- can move sliders
manpower- gives you more manpower
(resource one i forget you just type it in and i gives you alot)
rare
steel
coal/power
money
oil
acceptall -careful with this because it works for the computer(ai) too, meaning if you play with this on you might see countries coup each other left and right.
note- to turn them off just type the same cheat in again and it turns the cheat off
Also found this website, have not tried all the cheats

Just a tip, NEVER NEVER NEVER teleport naval bridages or arial bridages and never never never teleport bridages into the ocean. It'll crash your game. I assume that is the wrong kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.
