"Freedom" to max up your interventionism, but as a democracy you still need them to be at least 1 belligerence?
"Acceptall" makes the AI fold to any demands (including demands from other AI), use that (plus money) to do guaranteed successful global manipulation to get them a couple of points of belligerence and hey presto, you can declare war. Don't forget to use acceptall again to prevent the AI from stupidly accepting stupid demands from other AIs.
Likewise, use freedom again to turn slider movement restrictions back to normal (your sliders will stay as you leave them but the countdown to the next move is reset).
...
Of just use freedom to become a dictatorship (temporarily, or not, since that's what they all say).
