pretty sure it replaced some bytes of those files, there is no way that you gonna unzip 37GB out of 100MB.

Hooded Horse does the same thing really - grabbing any opportunity to push a product to potential customers. Oversaturation of the market by "Publishers" is what's happening here imho.

In this case they are actually correct. The download size is 37 megs, but it repacks a total of 37GB of files because of how it tracks file changes. That's the size that's listed on the download page to the right of the download size when it's downloading. Depending on the engine used, that repack size can be the same size as the download, or more common with Unreal Engine games, can be much larger because the game files themselves are much larger. It doesn't even necessarily add that much space, it's just that the total size of the files being modified are that large.
