Calling this a major update is clearly rude, and it's even more telling that the post doesn't explain a single detail about what the "Major Update" actually contains.
My update was something like 37 megabytes, not gigabytes.
Hooded Horse does the same thing really - grabbing any opportunity to push a product to potential customers. Oversaturation of the market by "Publishers" is what's happening here imho.
