Hello! Before reporting any issues, please make sure your PC meets the minumum requirements and check some basic troubleshooting steps. When reporting the issue, please try to provide as much detailed info as possible :)

*The Invincible supports the multichannel sound system 5.1.

You can now experience our hard sci-fi, philosophical adventure wherever in the cosmic plane you will find yourself… The Invincible is Steam Deck Verified.

ULTRA WIDESCREEN SUPPORT
The ultra widescreen is currently not supported and on wider resolutions you'll see black bars on the sides. We'll work on adding the support in the upcoming patch!

BASIC GENERAL SOLUTIONS:

• Reinstall the game
  
• Verify game's files via Steam (How? Just right click on The Invincible -> Properties -> Local files -> click on Verify Integrity of game files...)
  
• Update your graphics card drivers
  
• Update your DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages
  
• If you're forcing anti-aliasing from graphics card control panel - be sure to disable it
  
• If you are using a custom resolution and/or downsampling, disable it
  Disable Steam in-game overlay
  
• Be sure to launch the game as the administrator
  
• Make sure that your antivirus software (if you're using any), is not preventing the game from launching. If yes, please create an exception for the game.
  
• Try running the game in another compatibility mode and settings (Right-click on The Invincible -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse Local Files -> Right-click on the game's icon -> Properties -> Comaptibility)

Where can I find my save files?
Your saves can be found in the following folders:
Steam/GOG version: C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\TheInvincible\Saved\SaveGames

How do I generate the DxDiag file?
1. Click on Start.
2. Type "DxDiag" and launch DxDiag.
3. Click on "Save all information".
4. Save "Dxdiag.txt" file.
