I wrote to the support as it was suggested by @Vulgora above, and they asked me to submit the log file which can be obtained by doing the 'Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V' dance in game.
At the time I was asked to do this, I had save slot #1 as active. To get the log for the save slot #0 I had to load game not by using the 'Continue' menu item, but by pressing 'Load game' in menu and selecting another slot. After loading the save, the issue stopped reproducing on the save slot #0 and, when I loaded the save #1 again, it disappeared on the save slot #1 as well.
OK. So it really looks like manually reloading saves via 'Load game' (not 'Continue'!) or switching to another save slot 'fixes' the bug. Well, it did for me.
This worked for me too!!
