Elevator card injection, buggy animation

So the animation basically already starts with the card being inserted while floating and then she pushes it in.

Please provide them with your DxDiag file as well as a log file and, if possible, a screenshot or a video of this issue. Here's how you can obtain the DxDiag file:

1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
   
2. Type dxdiag and press Enter.
   
3. Click on the Save All Information button.
   
4. Save the file to your desktop or another easily accessible location.
   
5. Attach the saved DxDiag file to your email when contacting our support team.

Here are the steps to get the log file:

1. After the issue happens press Ctrl + C
   
2. Minimize the game
   
3. Open Notepad
   
4. Press Ctrl + V
   
5. Save the file
