Cannot Exit Rover Possible Spoilers

When exiting the city in the rover and getting to the viewing area. It asks me to get out of the rover and examine the area with right click. Pressing right click does nothing, nothing to interact with inside the rover, and no dialouge options to start.

I have reloaded the save and the game. This bug happened just after another bug when i first found the rover and connected my air tank, but then nothing happened. Reloading the save let that part of the mission continue.

I am also stuck in the rover in "Exit the City" just after changing the encryption key. My left hand is stuck on the radio dial. I can see the action hand on the left but I can't hit it.

i was able to get out by pressing F

Thank you. I eventually had to make sure i was in the drivers seat for the encryption key sequence. I was able to get out.
