Hello everyone, this method helped me :

Open %localappdata%\TheInvincible\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor folder (you can copy and paste this in Windows explorer).
Also try \AppData\Local\TheInvincible\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Open Engine.ini and paste these lines at the end of the file:

[/script/engine.renderersettings]
r.Streaming.LimitPoolSizeToVRAM=0
r.Streaming.PoolSize=54321
r.Streaming.UseFixedPoolSize=1
Instead of 54321 in the third line of copied text paste your VRAM size minus ~1000. The end result should look like this (in this example I have 3050ti with 4 gigs of video memory, so 4000-1000=3000)

Don’t forget to put a space before copied lines and save the file. It will have to be redone every update/patch of the game it seems.

If you still have bad textures try to increase r.Streaming.PoolSize value. But do not exceed the value of your VRAM size.

If the game crashes try to decrease r.Streaming.PoolSize value.

If you tried many values and nothing works, then this fix does not work for you. You can delete copied lines and save the file to reset all changes.

I have the same issue with graphics configuration (Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 4Gb, processor Intel i7-10750H, and 32 Gbs of RAM). Didn't help any point from help list that Player Support provided on their site.

I'm going to write a mail today with all details what I have on my environment.

Hi!

Please note that your GPU is below minimal specs for the game, so this might be the cause of your low graphics quality. However, please send a ticket to our Player Support anyway as every information helps us with fixing and polishing our game.

You made my evening :D I have a GTX 1650 Super and was horrified that the graphics looked so awful (especially when running other larger games at +60FPS on high settings). Your code works great, now I don't have to play the game on the small screen of the Steam deck. You saved the developer a refund (note to the developer: seems to work after all).

I have a GTX 1050 TI, and this method helped me, I play at medium-high settings, I have 50-60 frames per second with drawdowns up to 45. Maybe you did something wrong?

These settings helped me on steam deck, as this game was still going over 10G VRAM and 10G Memory (which doesn't fit into 16G overall)...

[/script/engine.renderersettings]
r.Streaming.LimitPoolSizeToVRAM=1
r.Streaming.PoolSize=2000
r.Streaming.UseFixedPoolSize=1

But the alliance base is still difficult with stuttering...

NVM, the alliance base doesn't work at all. I switched to a PC :/

I tried adding

[/script/engine.renderersettings]
r.Streaming.LimitPoolSizeToVRAM=0
r.Streaming.PoolSize=3000
r.Streaming.UseFixedPoolSize=1

into the DefaultEngine.ini but it keeps getting deleted despite saving it
