VR Support?
Holy moly this game looks amazing. I know that not all first person games should automatically get a VR component, but looking at the screenshots it looks like a match made in heaven. Anyone else agree?

It has to make sense to I suppose money wise...is it something practical expense wise to add it I suppose will also be a consideration. It could be to much work to redue it all for VR but yea it would be cool.
Game looks good, but will wait for a VR version if ever published

Totally agree! After 5 minutes of play, that was exactly what I thought! This game's made for VR!!!
The question now is, waiting for a native vr-support by the devs, or just use the fantastic UEVRInjector, iff your gpu can handle it.....

For now you can try playing in VR using Praydog's Universal UE VR Injector:

VR version is going to be a massive undertaking. There are so many scenes where the viewpoint of the character, or her hands, is controlled. There would be so many manual interactions that would be needed to be meticulously coded.

Unless it will be a very basic adaption with head-oriented central "cursor" doing most of the interactions, I would not set high expectations. Making a VR game that actually has to sell is going to meet very high expectations (everyone is going to compare it to Alyx because of course they will) and people underestimate how much work is it for a "proper" VR game.

I totally agree - a scenic adventure game like this would be magic in VR.

But I expect we're on our own to find a vr solution.
