Please, attach your save file, your DxDiag file, and your log file created after the issue happens. Please, also send a video or a screenshot of the issue. To get the files please, follow the steps below:
To create a log file:
- After the issue happens press "Ctrl + C"
- Minimize the game
- Open Notepad
- Press "Ctrl + V"
- Save the file
To create a DxDiag file:
- Click on Start
- Type “DxDiag” and launch DxDiag
- Click on “Save all information”
- Save “Dxdiag.txt” file
Your saves can be found in the following folders:
C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\TheInvincible\Saved\SaveGames

As Tacofox mentioned above, when you squeeze through the gap go to the edge of the rocks and Yasna will mention climbing down, so you need to look on the left side slope for which she will say that's too steep and then another on the right side of the area, once both of those have been clicked it should allow you then to go around the back and use the other slope. Of course it could still be bugged as you said but just make sure everything is correct before reporting it.
Luckily you're right at the beginning of the game so starting again isn't too painful.
