Anyone else having horrible graphics no matter the config?

So the first thing i wanted to do in the game was to mess around with the settings to see whats best for quality and performance for my pc, i noticed that the textures were horrendous so i thought the game put itself in the lowest setting automatically, it happens sometimes, but the game was in epic and everything was maxed so i supose something is not working as intended.
Is someone else experiencing that?
