I would say a little less than that, because on the Xth run you probably won't explore as much as you did in the first one :)
Story driven games should be exactly as long as they need to be to tell their story in a well-paced way. Absolutely nobody, developer nor player, benefits from a 10 hour story being stretched from 20-30. If you want huge games that take up hundreds of hours you have many, many options on steam. Many. Just play literally any of them.
