Report a translation problem
Arrow keys and Page Up & Page Down to scroll through multiple options. I opens the inventor, U is Use, P is Pick up, Enter is whatever option Guybrush usually has (look at).
You can check it in the Setting menu, press F1 so the menu comes up.
The game was also developed/designed for PS2, that's why it couldn't have actual point & click mechanics.
