I did. Pardon me for not remembering correctly (was last year o_O) but you need to sit down at the table inside the restaurant, when he walks by you (You need to have a mug first, by ordering a drink i think) you will be able to ask again for a caricature, he will tell you not to be greedy but Guybrush will insist, and thus you´ll get the correct caricature.
