Once I learned how to solve the puzzle, i dont think theres a specific part of the game i can class as a memory, just the game in its entirety. Its a classic, back when games were games but you could almost immerse yourself in the situation the character was in without the need for VR.
Look at the bag of wooden nickels, pick up the item then get the diamond ring that's hiding behind it, use the ring on the porthole

I always thought the Snake Crossing in Monkey Island was good for some laughs.
What about in Act 5 that Gybrush says "If you kill me, there'll be no more Monkey Island Sequels. No Sequels means no work for you." to LeChuck. That's funny.
