As you gain fans you move to higher clubs. They have genre requirements so you need to have 3 genres to access them all.
Record songs for free and get some albums out this way.
After unlocking a couple clubs switch to writing songs for your main genre
Your first priority is moving to new areas. No touring as well, it is a cash sink.
Once you start hitting clubs you cannot access upgrade the equipment of that genre and maybe do some rehearsing to hit the goal.
At the second area start recording the best songs you can and put out the best albums possible.
Priority #1 is getting to the new area, #2 is unlocking clubs and #3 is recording songs.
Also start getting inventory and get all 4 members to beef up a couple genres to write "supersongs"
This is how I got to all the achievements for years 1-3, still to do 4 so I will be back once I unlock that method
Towards year 3 getting your songs at maximum quality gets expensive. Gradually increase your song experience until you hit #1 in the charts then start recording a lot of songs at decent levels (1.6m-4m) and then release albums to get the cashflow for the last 2 achievements
Hope that helped
