Musou Difficulty
So I've long considered this difficulty setting to be ridiculous, but I've messed around a bit and it seems that with the right gem setup and max attack, this difficulty isn't so bad.

But it does raise a few questions for me. From the character screen, it seems the attack stat (sword icon) is capped to 2000. So far I've only reached that number using meals that boost attack. I'm not sure it is actually capped to 2000. That would mean that as long as you have 2000 atk, you can even use a lower grade weapon and won't see a difference with a stronger one since you can't boost the stat above a certain point.

As far as gems go, I'm a bit lost. Slay Lord Gems seem to be the go-to since Fire gems can't raise my attack (in theory) and they ignore the tremendous enemy def, and you get access to effects that increase dmg% on your flow/trigger atks, for example. However, I don't see a huge difference when I'm using Fire Gems, I'd go as far as to say that they actually still do boost your attack beyond the cap.

Stats and effects aren't properly explained, so I don't know if elemental attack% does boost every attack after using an elemental trigger and if that includes Musous, since some of them seem to be elementally inclined.

I didn't find a valuable resource about getting the most out of gems and such for Musou difficulty. If anyone could give me pointers, I'd appreciate it!

try to max counter damage and guard break using gems, this is a real imbalanced stats. Plus if try to find more void gems with trigger and flow attack. If you want walk in the park then just take musou item and max musou damage using gems. Actually there are more than 2000 attack, just use orange meals (in hideaways with special furniture) and gems. In my Ultimate difficulty the right build with proper bufs allows Wei Yan defeat every character in about 5 minutes.
