What's needed to have every base character playable?

I see the way this game is monetised became bizarre with all the officer tickets. Is there any way to get all of them without buying the 'complete' edition that has all the season passes/tickets or buying them all individually?

Well, most characters you get via playing the game. Going through missions and meeting them.
There are some that are added to the game, which can only be obtained via purchase online, but the majority is already included in the game.

yeah i suggest to buy season pass or complete edition to have it all. think its cheap now

You DON'T. NEED. TO. BUY. THEM. INDIVIDUALLY.

Buy the complete edition, it has EVERYTHING! Everything besides a few costume DLC with Legend of the Galactic Heroes characters. And i don't suspect you would enjoy playing as moustached Reinhardt and One Eyed Kirchieis instead of Cao Cao and Xiahou Dun.

Is it so hard to go to an Officer Ticket's page and check that it's included in Complete Edition which makes you sure that Complete Edition has everything?



I too hate monetization in videogames, but in this case it's not even an issue as Complete edition has everything.

I mean obviously I could see the Complete Edition had everything I was more just checking I wasn't missing something and that there wasn't a way to get every character in some kind of pack, like a single piece of DLC or pass that gives them all, rather than having to get them in bundles that include every single officer ticket individually.

Well, The Complete Edition costs 10 times less than all DLC invidually.

I ended up not getting the game since the performance is awful on my computer sadly, so oh well.

A pretty solid one I can't really be fussed to grab all the specs, game just isn't optimised amazingly.
