If you View Info on the Complete Game bundle in Steam, does it show that you own everything there? I would say that may be a good indication if something is missing.
If shows the owned DLC on the version you got downloaded then should be the right one.
If don't see any active DLC's or any owned at all. Then likely never got them, it's confusing cuz the
game isn't really shown it's for sale. Apparently it's only included in DLC's bundles. Normally the base game would still be for sale.
I had all 69 DLC's on the right.
