I purchase Dynasty Warriors 9 All Season Passes Set But Still Shows Trial Version On Game. Only Plays Limited character and story in it. Can someone help me?

I purchase Dynasty Warriors 9 All Season Passes Set But Still Shows Trial Version On Game. Only Plays Limited character and story in it. Can someone help me?

I have tried to:
- restart the steam
- clear download cache
- uninstall, and reinstall the game
- remove game from account

Still shows trial version on game. I tried to contact customer service but can't find it from this steam. They refer to contact game developer.

There is a refund option in steam but i can't find All Season Passes Set Game that i purchase. Only Dynasty Warriors 9 Trial Version (that I can't refund it because it's a trial version).

I would really appreciate it if there are friends here who can help me.

I have the exact same problem. I've also tried installing on TWO separate PC's, and both still show "TRIAL" at startup.

Did you buy it from Steam or did you get a key from a different online store?
If you View Info on the Complete Game bundle in Steam, does it show that you own everything there? I would say that may be a good indication if something is missing.

Yes, I purchased it in Steam. Steam shows that I own the game.

you guys might have 2 Dynasty Warriors 9 in your library.. just and make sure your installing the right one. uninstall Dynasty Warriors 9 trial

I have this same problem. Game says it is the trial version.

Check to see if your DLC's are checked in the boxes. Rarely but sometimes they don't load automatically. Can go on your DLC list to the right of the screen to see if they are active. Could even try reloading them uncheck them all then check them again.
If shows the owned DLC on the version you got downloaded then should be the right one.
If don't see any active DLC's or any owned at all. Then likely never got them, it's confusing cuz the
game isn't really shown it's for sale. Apparently it's only included in DLC's bundles. Normally the base game would still be for sale.

Yeah but are all the boxes ticked on them? cuz if there not they won't load into the game. Go to manage my DLC's that's right on the bottom of that DLC list. Make sure there is a check mark on all the boxes for them. If they are already checked off uncheck them all and check them again to reload them.
