Is there a way for me to look for a patch? according to my properties it's stil version 1.1.0.1

Check your downloads. I only happened to see it because I was watching the download for another game. A 12.8 mb download popped up next in the download queue and finished before I could stop it. Not sure what has changed, my Chinese dub is still working as well.

go to your DW9.exe and right click it and see what version it is under details

I just got the same thing my games are usually up to date and while download Metal gear survive it poped up.

Nah, I have the previous patch. It removed my Chinese dub files when it patched on the 15th.

Earlier changes are from 4 days ago, so no, they didn't updated anything. What you downloaded is probably some Steam related files, such as manifests or EULAs.
